Where should we send your guide?
I am a fully qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist, author and Mum to two children (aged 15 & 12 yrs). I have been helping busy Mums and women regain their energy, vitality and health for over 20 years.
My mission is to see a new generation of kids (especially the girls) growing up loving their bodies, enjoying a positive relationship with food and movement and knowing how to look after their physical, emotional and mental well-being by using the resources they have within them alongside nature.
The way I do this is by empowering Mums and women to love their bodies, enjoy a positive relationship with food and movement and know how to look after themselves (physically, emotionally and mentally) so they can be the role model for their children.
My approach is very much down to earth and simple. I aim to give you an achievable plan to follow because I know exactly what it's like to be super busy but trying to stay healthy and keep everything and everyone in balance.
When you start to make the right choices it ripples down to your kids and those around you.
